Recently, our company organized a Management Reading Club event aimed at improving the management level of the company by learning from the Japanese management and business master, Inamori Kazuo, through his work "Kyocera Philosophy" and cultivating a learning-oriented organizational culture.

All middle and senior managers of the company participated in this reading club event. The event was led by corporate education expert, Professor Jiang Hanyu, who guided the participants in reading and understanding the book. On the day of the event, the participants jointly studied the "Kyocera Philosophy" and shared their understanding and practical application of the book's concepts.

The "Kyocera Philosophy" was written by Inamori Kazuo, a Japanese management and business master, and is a product of his constant questioning and answering in his work and life. The book proposes a series of thoughts on management and business philosophy, such as "respecting heaven and loving people," "pursuing the happiness of all employees," "customer-oriented," and "continuous learning." These concepts are not only applicable to enterprise management and business management but can also help individuals grow.

During this reading club event, the participants deeply explored these concepts and shared their practical applications based on their work experience. They all said that through learning the "Kyocera Philosophy," not only has their management ability and leadership level improved, but more importantly, they have gained a clearer understanding of the company's development direction and future planning.
